“I was coming back to a primary c...”

I was coming back to a primary care visit after a little gap following a very stressful medical experience. I really appreciated the provider's approach. She helped me feel comfortable and not ashamed for delaying an appointment for a while. I also appreciated that she took her time and the appointment did not feel rushed.
