I filled out the depression and anxiety questionnaire that was provided to me. I completed it. I don't even think that anyone looked at it and certainly didn't comment on it. My risk for depression was much higher than it normally is. I realize I just came in for a physical, and that's all the time that was allotted for me, but I kind of wish there would've been some recognition of other issues Even if it was only a little bit of concern. Other than just I needed to schedule another appointment to discuss anything.
