Dr. Michalski clearly explained the issues related to my injury. He clearly explained what I needed to avoid doing. I emailed him following my appointment and asked that he articulate what I can and cannot do. The clarity of his response allowed me to determine what activities and exercise I can do and what I need to avoid for the next 6-10 weeks.
