“My only issue I had is he's lack...”

My only issue I had is he's lack of empathy. He Just seemed like he was so routine that he showed no type of emotion or empathy with going over the procedure and Disease with me, seeing that I was nervous or scared about having a bypass.I just wish he was more connected I don't know how to explain it but that was my only concern. Being that he's going to operate on my head I just want him to be more connected and showing that he's confident in the procedure. And I did receive that
