Dr. Gallagher was awesome. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and asked details about my child's symptoms. She included us in the decision to draw labs, and thoroughly explained what the labs would tell us. Very prompt with letting us know results too. My teenage son felt that he was heard and included in making decisions about his health.
