Absolutely the Best most caring and supportive. And the meds she gave me truly altered my life TOTALLY. So even though it is chronic I feel supports me and walks along side me.

“I can't express how invaluable R...”

I can't express how invaluable Rachel is to my care for both my physical and mental health issues. She listens to me. She HEARS me. She responds with great care and concern. I don't know what I would do without her. I very much appreciate that we are given a full 30 minutes for each session. That kind of time feels rare in the health care system these days.

“Rachel is one the best providers...”

Rachel is one the best providers I've ever had! She makes me comfortable to talk about my mental health and what's really going on in my head. Working with her helped me let go of the shame of taking medication. I'm so proud of how far I've come!! Something about the art work in her office also makes it feel very safe and inviting. Thank you Rachel!
