Mary Bates ARNP is a strong representative of the quality of care that can be gleaned at VM/Franciscan Health. She has a professional view and deals with her patients needs with total commitment. A professional with a HEART. I have been in this system as a transplant from a different city for several years. She is a breath of fresh air, yet knows her field and ALWAYS puts her patients first. She listens and that is very rare.
