Overall the interaction was fine. Initially she bristled and seemed frustrated with me at my questions regarding her assessment and treatment plan, but eventually I saw a change and a much Improved "bedside manner".

First time with this particular person, but I greatly appreciated the option of a video chat and anyone in the system to discuss my test results. The video chats are great - especially when you aren't feeling well! I was happy to get my diagnosis and meds presribed quickly to attack the flu. She was also very nice and informative.
