Mark listens to your issues, asks appropriate questions and suggests options. Speaking with Mark feels more like a conversation and less of one-way discussion (doctor telling patient) - and this a great thing. If you don't feel comfortable with the person you are talking to you are less likely to give up critical details needed for proper treatment IMHO. Mark excels at this.
