Once again, I'm gonna let you guys know. The only problem is trying to get through to any of the Facey offices it has you waiting sometimes for over an hour. The phone system has not been fixed. This is a continuous problem that we have sometimes you're forced to go ahead and make your appointments through the app but if you're an elderly person, how can you do that some of our senior citizens can't make appointments over and out some are not computer illiterate or have good phone functions. It needs to be addressed. You need to be able to get through to the operator or anyone for that fact not just over the Internet aside from that the doctor is 100% on point the staff is amazing. The Care team is just great. They're there for you 100% but in order for you to get more people, your phone system needs to be fixed.
