I have been very pleased with the staff overall. They are professional and courteous. Dr. Bosbous knows his craft and did a great job with my surgeries! I have already shared his information with a few friends and family who are interested and have scheduled consultations. Thanks Dr.Bosbous!!

“Dr. Bosbous seems competent, but...”

Dr. Bosbous seems competent, but I felt so rushed, and yeah that's on me, I gotta advocate for myself. I liked that he had a portfolio but he flipped through it so fast I could barely register anything. I should have asked him how many of these he's done, but I suck. Oh well. I'll still go with him if he can get me in. Dude just seems arrogant and annoyed at having to deal with patients.

"Despite needing to visit several desks, every staff member I encountered was welcoming and genuinely invested in ensuring my positive experience. The nurse who took my vitals was particularly helpful and friendly, immediately putting me at ease. My new doctor was incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit, even during the physical exam. He took the time to show me compelling before-and-after pictures of the surgery I'm considering and provided a thorough, transparent review of the detailed pricing information, of which I received a copy. I left feeling exceptionally positive and fully prepared to schedule my surgery."
