I liked that Dr Alcantara explained my condition and possible treatments and outcomes. No unnecessary treatment options were mentioned. I went as a precaution, feeling that the condition that had been identified on a CT scan was really not a major concern. The Dr verified this and recommended periodic monitoring. I don't like to visit this office, primarily because it is overly booked, the waiting room feels cold and claustrophobic and wait times are too long. My experience with waiting was not unique as another patient wheDr. asked verified she was 1 hour past her appt with the same dr.

Dr. Alancantra was extremely welcoming & entered the exam room with a smile. He was patient and listened to what I was experiencing. He made suggestions of care and presented an energy of confidence & security. I'm grateful & pray future outcomes are amazing.
