Dr Alshagra reviews blood work and/or tests as soon as she receives them and immediately provides feedback via my chart. I have lab work completed on the day prior to my visit. Her friendly and calm demeanor puts one at ease. She answers questions in a clear, concise, and understandable (layman) manner. She examined a small nodule I had noticed on my back, diagnosed It, explained the removal procedure and, upon my agreement, lanced it. She cares for one's entire being!
