I always look forward to seeing Dr Biard. Challenges I have w/ the practice: I always have to ask questions & the team doesn’t let me know what is happening next. Ex: confirming my appt I have to ask if I need to fast if I’m having blood taken @ appt or -if my blood pressure seems high; I have to ask about it because no one says anything? When I received my lab results I had to call 3 times over a week to see if someone could go over my results w/me - eventually a nurse did call me the next week. In April I called to see about getting my inhaler prescription renewed & the person on the phone said NO. Said she would talk to Dr. Then told me Dr said yes only if I came in for physical & didn’t cxl. I was due for a physical in June and needed inhaler. I made appt & promised not to cancel; when shared w/Dr she was puzzled re: the comment & gratefully put in my prescriptions for a year. I Iove Dr Biard; team communication can be improved so I don’t feel like I’m just a number.

She came in and welcome Welcome to me. She ask about my brother which she does every visit. She also realized that I had a relatively new puppy and she talked about my dog just to get me relaxed. She is probably the best doctor that you have over there at least in my opinion. And she scheduled a follow up appointment for three weeks because she put me on a new medication. In other words she’s tops.

Dr B was in time, reviewed details and thorough. The only point I would suggest is to not cut off the time and allow for questions that emerge.
