It was one of the best office visits that I have had. Only regret is wish I could rate her higher than 10. Entire BSW staff was great, from check-in staff to nurse and checkout. Very nice place to get when not feeling well. Did not feel rushed. Every question was answered. She was extremely knowledge and her "bedside manner" was exceptional. She understood my MG and how it impacts my health and medical issues that brought me in. She is one of the rare people who were born to be a care provider, and to be the best at it. She was real clear about following up with the office if I did not improve in a few days. BSW is lucky to have her as a provider. She cared that I did not feel well and that I would get better. I worried about her getting sick from me, she said not to worry. Thank you for opportunity to fill out this survey.
