She was absolutely wonderful through and through. Great listener, empathic, supportive, at ease and engaged fully at the same time. She was very thorough and perceptive. Her approach made it easy to voice concerns and questions. Overall, "pleasantly" professional.

“My provider is very professional...”

My provider is very professional, she listens to my concerns and poses questions that shows she is concerned about the issues I have. She responds very positive and takes whatever actions necessary to address these concerns. If my concerns require speciality attention, she refers me to the appropriate department. I am more than happy with my provider, thanks BSW for having such a caring provider. I know when I leave her office my concerns are adequately addressed She Is a keeper!
