Dr, Napolitano was very professional. She introduced herself and put me at ease very quickly. She gave me a Report that was easily understood and explained the treatment that was needed. She said that she would like to see me again after some time wearing a splint before she made any other recommendations. It was very reassuring and helpful. She was open to my questions and comments, and listened carefully. I was very grateful to see her when I did because I needed answers as soon as possible.
