Dr. Napolitano is very pleasant, polite, professional and very skilled. She always speak directly to me; asks Me about my concerns and if I have questions. She Includes me in all decision making. I feel ever so fortunate to have had her as my hand surgeon. I have complete confidence in her and her ability. She is kind,Caring and very gentle. She always has my best interest at heart. I would recommend her very highly without Hesitation.

Dr, Napolitano was very professional. She introduced herself and put me at ease very quickly. She gave me a Report that was easily understood and explained the treatment that was needed. She said that she would like to see me again after some time wearing a splint before she made any other recommendations. It was very reassuring and helpful. She was open to my questions and comments, and listened carefully. I was very grateful to see her when I did because I needed answers as soon as possible.
