So often when I call for an appointment, the appointment is so far out they recommend going to urgent care. Last month I went directly to urgent care and didn't call the office. This time I went to urgent care at 5:30 in the morning. The clinic called me the next morning which I appreciated. I got on within a week.

When immediate care was needed and there was no physicians available at the Panorama Clinic, they referred me to the Providence Immediate Care Clinic on College St. This is where we were treated quickly and appropriately for the situation. Then later in the week we needed a referral for Assisted Living care at the Bonaventure facility from Panorama Clinic Physician and that was when this appointment was made quickly and they fit us in to complete the necessary paperwork.
