“We have had great care and exper...”

We have had great care and experiences with BS&W. However Marcy Long did not exhibit the professionalism, nor "patient bedside manner" that the other practioners and Dr's have. Maybe not as polished, she said she had 10 years experience. She provided the information to us, just not as personal and efficient. Her time management was not impressive. We had a 3:30 and got out at 5. Yes. She took all the time to address any questions, however, a lot more time was spent than necessary.
