The doctor had the insight to test my BNP level, which has never been tested. I'm consulting with a cardiologist who plans to do tests regarding my heart. Had this not been done I believe I would have been experiencing irreversible heart issues.

Ms. Patel obviously listens carefully and is highly competent. During our televisit, I could tell that she had familiarized herself with my records in advance of our call, and she seemed to genuinely care about my dieting needs and concerns.
