I appreciate -that in the limited time allotted for my visit-my doctor does the best to treat me humanely. I probably make the job more difficult ,but it helps my health so much to have this continuity of care over the years.

“I have experienced healthcare in...”

I have experienced healthcare in a variety of cities in the United States, and the Town Hall Health Center consistently provides the best care. The only problem I can think of is waiting months for an appointment with a specialist. I am extremely happy with the care from Dr. Kosaraju. I feel she is a partner who is helping me lead a healthy, active life as an older adult.

If I could give Dr. K a higher satisfaction rating, I certainly would. Very caring, listens well, discusses options, kind, patient, did I mention caring? Very impressed with her knowledge and willingness to discuss options.

“Usually, she's in a good mood an...”

Usually, she's in a good mood and so helpful. But this time she late by 15-20 minutes and she wasn't in the best mood. I felt rushed and I felt that my concerns that I came in for wasn't what I expected for the results. Although she did give me alternative options but yet, I felt neglected and helpless and I felt that this was the first I ever seen her in this kind of mood. It wasn't her normal happy self.
