Dr. Austgen is fantastic. I am so grateful that she is my daughter's physician. She takes her time to listen to my daughter's questions, explains things clearly, is easy to talk to and doesn't make us feel rushed or like a bother. I appreciate that she takes the time to provide all the options and explain the treatment plan.
