The importance of eye contact, listening skills and empathy cannot be overstated. Dr. Tsui consistently exceeds expectations in all three of these areas. It is easy to have a conversation with her. Also, when giving advice about healthy habits, she exudes a positive outlook. These suggestions never have a judgmental or dismissive tone. Care providers that look at a chart or screen, when providing advice related to a health condition, miss the most important part - a connection with the patient. It is obvious that dr. Tsui has read the chart before entering the room, and is ready for the relevant conversations. The eye contact and clarity of thought when she speaks affirm her preparation and patient focus.

Had blood work done as a result of this visit. I was never informed of the results. I had to go to My Chart to see results. There were a few abnormalities but the doctor never informed me or explained the problems. All she did was tell me, by messenger, was to follow-up with another doctor!
