Lydia was fantastic! As a new person to the community I was looking for someone who could be my primary doc. Lydia listened intently, she was very thoughtful about the questions I asked, and you could see her thinking about what might be best for my health - putting together the pieces. She made eye contact, was personable, and presents as very competent. As a budding old person, I brought, literally, a bag of supplements and meds, and requests for tests in order to get an overall picture of where my health is now and how best to prevent future challenges. Lydia took it all in, ordered a baseline of labs, and put me at ease. Even more, she laughed, authentically. And, that is the best medicine as far as I'm concerned (along with sleep, eating right, vaccinations, good relationships, etc., of course). Thank you Lydia for being my doc and for finding me funny. I look forward to you keeping me alive and well for a long time.
