“While discussing past treatment ...”

While discussing past treatment plans and established diagnosed conditions, the practitioner was uninterested and dismissive. I could tell she was not actively listening. Later in the appointment, she looked into my files and asked "is your mood really this bad?" This was extremely unprofessional. Especially since we already concluded the interview portion and she was sending new prescriptions.

“The doctors are always fantastic...”
