“This visit was to discuss proced...”

This visit was to discuss procedures following a CT scan. Basically it evolved as just a meet and great. The doctor had not looked at mychart or the scan. Said he would evaluate it with the radiological department and the set up another meeting. Thought this was an extra step and he should of investigated before the appointment.
