“I would appreciate it if provide...”

I would appreciate it if provider would talk to me and "listen" before telling me the plan of care the minute they walk in the room. Although I respectfully disagreed with provider on a couple of items, I understand they are under pressure to meet core measures and a checklist each time a patient comes into the office. Lori has alot of respect from the community she serves and is well thought of in the primary care clinic care. I truly believe she wants best for her patients and best outcomes. But I would suggest one size does not fit all in planning care, and allow patient some flexibility in choosing their care decisions. Thank you for accepting this feedback.
