“This was my first visit with Lor...”

This was my first visit with Lori Lute, NP. She was kind, courteous, generous with her time, and an excellent listener, despite all my long-winded story! I felt seen, heard, and cared for. She was also proactive in ordering lab work versus just suggesting I wait and see how I felt later, which I appreciated.
