I did not realize how much I was affected by anxiety and depression. I came here because I had been given a directive to either seek help or get a divorce. From the time I entered, Lisa has always listened... always. I call her Lisa because she has never corrected me on her official title, or license, or name of choice. This means to me that she is concerned about ME and not about her multiple degrees, authored books, or executive trainings, among other accolades. She has helped me wade through my multiple layers of shame, anxiety, trauma, etc. I am becoming the human that I 'thought' may be there, that my partner had 'envisioned', but that Lisa 'saw' and has dug out. Even as I've been in her care, I was admitted to a mental hospital, changed careers, and hurt my family. She has been with me the whole way, reminding me of small things I have said in session that show how far I've come.

I was looking for someone who would give me practical advice about how to move forward in a positive direction instead of wallowing in despair and Dr. Webb does that. She tells it like it is and I greatly appreciate that. I feel like every visit I leave with something to do to make things better instead of just coming in and crying about how sad things are and then leaving in the same situation.
