“Linnea Renwick is absolutely fan...”

Linnea Renwick is absolutely fantastic! I had had a sonnogram of my legs and she explained the findings of that to me carefully and in detail. She then talked with me about possible procedures regarding these findings. I had a vast number of questions about the procedures themselves, what they would or wouldn't, could or couldn't do for my the veins in my legs, how long the procedures took, what the recovery time might be, etc., etc., etc. With great patience, kindness, and warmth Linnea answered all of my questions, in depth, and until I understood each answer. I have never encountered anything to do with vascular surgery in my whole life, so I was full of questions and devoid of knowledge. Linnea did not at any time show the slightest hint of impatience, even though I know I asked some of the questions more than once. Eventually I was able to relax, accept the results of the tests, and make decisions for myself about getting the procedures, decisions I am comfortable with two days later as well as in the moment I made them. Linnea treated me with respect and care throughout this appointment. I came home from this appointment with all of my worries gone, and full of hope and confidence about the coming vascular surgery.
