Amazing experience. I felt heard, seen, understood and cared for. I didn't feel rushed and Lindsey even took the full 40 minutes I was scheduled for even though she wasn't able to get to the room right away. After needing to contact the Patient Experience department on my previous experiences with primary care, I am grateful to have Lindsey even though I have to travel farther.
