I would recommend this practice to anyone. Especially as a teenager of color to use other physician on staff who look like me is amazing. So I have the best of both worlds. A NP Garrett who understands me, and diverse staff. It's amazing. Reminds me of the culture in New York where I am originally from. "Melting pot".
