“"Very Good" is not str...”

"Very Good" is not strong enough! Dr. Pai's "bedside manner" is exceptional! This was the best pre-op consult of my life.

Dr Pai is very friendly and approachable. She listens to my questions and has good explanations and answers for them. She also worked with me and her staff to help resolve a scheduling issue, which I really appreciated!

Dr Pai was very easy to talk to and explained and answered all my questions. In addition, I messaged her on My Chart a few days later with some additional questions I thought of and she replied very quickly with answers.
