“We started confused because the ...”

We started confused because the urgent care provider I had seen gave me some misguiding or confusing information that she had to straighten out in order to take care of my issue, but once she explained how everything would go I felt better and she did a really good job explaining what all was going on during my procedure and then afterwards what would be happening. I appreciated her candor.
