I have been seeing Dr. Miller for 8 years and I travel from out of state to see him. He has consistently been a wise consultant and a perfect treatment provider. Honestly, the best, most honest, and conservative plastic surgeon you will find in the Boston/ Greater Boston area. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's since 2004. I am now 52, and although it was a pesky neck issue that initially brought me to Dr. Miller, I can safely say that I did not set out to maintain my youthful appearance in vain, but the result of years of his amazing work has allowed me to look as good as I feel (now at middle age). Dr. Miller has performed surgeries on me, including neck and eyes, which were so subtle and done to perfection, that I feel blessed to have found him and stuck with him over the years. I did my research, so I hope that anyone looking to plastic surgery, will feel comfort knowing that he is an amazing doctor ~ you will be thrilled with your results. I live north of Boston, but make regular appointments to keep up with botox and fillers. Some visits I will have an idea in mind of what I think I might need, and I always trust Dr. Miller to honestly tell me what amount and where - with a natural look always his top priority. He is truly an artist, with a great sense of humility and humor. I am so thankful to Dr. Miller and his amazing staff - I have gotten to know his team and him over the years, which makes it even more of a pleasure for my appointments.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for about 8 years and trust him completely to provide honest advice about the aesthetic treatments that will most approve my appearance. I have used him for Botox and filler for years in preference to other and, frankly, less expensive doctors and nurses because he never makes mistakes and I feel he truly cares about making me look as good as possible. I have shopped around and after some bad experiences (an eyebrow drooping down and a frozen lip) decided not to trust my face with someone other than Dr. Miller. He has also provided good advice on surgical procedures and I have had wonderful, natural-looking results. I have had his lower face lift, an eye lift, and also liposuction on my inner knees. The knee procedure was extremely simple and inexpensive and produced noticeable and lasting results. I was also very happy about how he combined a number of surgical and aesthetic techniques to provide the best results possible for my lower face lift. Dr. Miller is committed to producing natural results by working with patients consistently over time. He has talked me out of procedures, several times, that he did not think would give the results I was looking for. I appreciate his advice and friendly manner.
