I adore Dr. Haddad. She has been helping to navigate through some difficult issues about my health and she was instrumental in referring me to a specialist at HF main. I indicated in the survey that no one/provider contacted me about my lab results, BUT everything is in MyChart, so no call is needed. When I do have questions, I submit them there and get an answer from either the doctor or her nurse within a day or two. These recent health concerns have me a bit anxious and worried until additional tests are completed by the specialist, but Dr. Haddad's stellar bedside manner and calming ways have helped me to stay sane. I feel very fortunate to have her as my PCP.
