“Needed to have read my chart and...”
Needed to have read my chart and issues presented there. Lack of awareness of my issues with hand/arm was alarming especially knowing I'd informed her previously, asked for knowledge then been provided with no helpful information or advice and been getting OT for an extra month before surgery hoping to resolve the swelling. No compassion noted nor support to speak of. I trust the surgery turns out well.
