Lauren was amazing! She has a terrific bedside manner, very friendly, great communicator and excellent listener. She was well prepared and even though this was my first visit, she was well-prepared and knew my file so it felt like she had been my care provider for years. She did a great job of testing the strength of my knee (firm but careful physical manipulation) and as a former college athlete who has been examined by many doctors and trainers, I could tell that she knew exactly what she was doing, which gave me confidence in her diagnosis, which the x-rays later confirmed. Plus, her follow-up call to explain the x-rays was prompt and thorough, just like her examination. I felt like she really cared. Lauren is simply outstanding.
