The PA was sitting outside the exam room, on her cell phone, no acknowledgment. She came in, did her job, answered a few questions but the bedside manner isn't what I'm used to. Very nonchalant and not personable. As do many patients coming in, I had high anxiety and I don't feel that she noticed.
