Kyle Wilson gets an A+ from me. Very courteous and apologized that I had to watch a few extra minutes. Explained in detail what he intended to do with respect to the injection, and made sure I was comfortable/still wanted to go forward with the injection. Did an excellent job of explaining/walking me through what he was going to do and then proceeded. No pain/discomfort during the injection, and relief from my hip pain were nearly Instantaneous. Very, very professional throughout, and made sure I knew to call him/the clinic If I had any problems. Very impressive and extremely pleased with the results. Hats off to Kyle. Thanks.

The only additional explanation that Kyle could have provided is "Here's why a year & a half of PT didn't help your pain and why these new home exercises + ice + Voltaren is thought to be better (than 18 most of PT) is." That most logical question was not anticipated by Kyle & really should've. The pace of the discussion during my follow-up (post hip replacement) appt was so brisk, that I struggled to have enough time to think about what other questions I might have. As soon as I was in the car, about to start driving, this key question (that I think he should've himself brought up) finally occurred to me. I'll follow up via MyChart.
