“This was my first visit with thi...”
This was my first visit with this provider to get established as a new patient. He was very kind and listened to me intently and patiently when I summarized my health history for him. He took his time answering my questions and he took his time explaining things to me as well. I was very happened with my first visit. I had to change providers because my previous provider is OON now. I liked her, so I wasn't happy with having to switch, but Dr Sarpong exceeded my expectations. I will be continuing my care with him, so hopefully, my insurance plan stays in network with him. I set up a new patient visit for my husband as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with my care from my initial phone call to set up the appointment to actually meeting everyone in person.
