“I have several expectations when...”

I have several expectations when seeing a doctor and Dr. Kostan exceeded all of them. Primarily, he listened. After that, he explained everything in layman's terms and frequently asked if I had any questions. He was friendly and did not seem rushed. Superb "bedside manner".
