“Every time I see Dr Bates I trul...”

Every time I see Dr Bates I truly feel like she is invested in my health. I have had so many experiences in the past with providers who won't listen to my concerns and brush me off. She pays close attention to details and makes me feel like she is providing care how she would for a family member.
