Certainly a colonoscopy is a sensitive topic, and Kristie was very sensitive to our meetings direction. She was very thorough as permission to record. It was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

“The NP showed no empathy for my ...”

The NP showed no empathy for my concerns. Stated I am too young for certain problems. Questioned me if I had a relationship with my mom and or if she was in my life. Didn't want to go above and beyond. Bed side manner was poor. Made me feel like my problems were made up in my head. Testing me on others things than I wanted to be tested on.
