This provider already had her mind made up about what she planned to do prior to even talking with me. She was dismissive & argumentative. I'm sure she knows her specialty but needs training in interpersonal relations. Patients should feel heard rather than being made to feel insignificant. She shouldn't assume that she is the smartest person in the room, her patients may also have medical knowledge & experience.
