Dr. Marcum is a great doctor! She was very friendly, listened to my concerns with understand, and checked both my nose and neck very thoroughly. Dr. Marcum listens closely and asks questions to make sure she understands the symptoms and potential causes. She discussed several options for treatment and respected my decision. She identified a problem I would not have guessed was causing my symptoms. Excellent care and presence during appointment. I did not feel rushed.

The doctor listened carefully to all my concerns and she gave me a solution for the problem and told me to contact her office at once, should the problem reoccur. Her manners were polite and very professional.
