Dr. Marcum listens closely and asks questions to make sure she understands the symptoms and potential causes. She discussed several options for treatment and respected my decision. She identified a problem I would not have guessed was causing my symptoms. Excellent care and presence during appointment. I did not feel rushed.

The doctor listened carefully to all my concerns and she gave me a solution for the problem and told me to contact her office at once, should the problem reoccur. Her manners were polite and very professional.
