I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristen Northern. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. In today's healthcare environment, it can be difficult to find a provider who takes the time to truly listen, but Kristen does exactly that every single visit.She never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and makes sure I feel confident and involved in decisions about my care. Her compassion, kindness, and professionalism are evident in every interaction.What stands out most is that Kristen treats me as a person, not just a patient.
