“Wasn't able to schedule with the...”

Wasn't able to schedule with the dermatologist I'd seen in this office in past in a timely fashion so scheduled with the new doctor who had sooner availability. Dr. Chen exceeded my expectations with clear communication, excellent bedside manner, and provided excellent care.
