“I enjoy working alongside Krista...”

I enjoy working alongside Krista. Her approach is one step at a time. I don't feel pressured nor overwhelmed attempting to lose weight or having a setback. Krista is understanding and appreciates my efforts and attempts. She has provided me the knowledge and resources to keep me going on my weight loss journey. She is sweet and supportive. I am happy and grateful to be working with her! I believe we will be successful in getting me back into shape!
