“The provider was very nice, but ...”
The provider was very nice, but also seemed to not have reviewed my chart as in detail. She had to leave a few times to review my scans and return versus just pulling up the info on the screen in the room that had EPIC access. I left my appointment more anxious and with a not so great feeling about the whole experience as someone who is newly diagnosed and who is getting a lot of information thrown at you all at once
