Kim Underwood, PA, is one of the very best people that I deal with at any Mercy Health facility. She always listens quite attentively to how bad my pain is, where it's located, & how unbearable it is. She will patiently look over my chart to see what all things I have already tried for my knee pain, & see what is available to me to try at this time. It appeared that I have tried everything including surgery. The only possibility left, even though I have tried it twice in the past, was knee gel injections. Kim always explains everything so clearly that I am able to quite easily understand her explanations & descriptions of various treatments. I would recommend her to everybody---& I do tell all my family & friends about how great she is---but none of them need this type of medicine!
